Protein supplements offer a convenient, simple way of providing a quality source of protein. I consume 300 grams plus of protein a day, which in food terms is equal to 10 cooked chicken breasts or 10 tins of tuna.

Consider my breakfast, which is - Porridge oats and a banana which are my source of carbohydrates and for my protein requirements I have 2 scoops of Pro-Peptide.
